CNC Operator Specialized in Mastercam – Lathe/Milling

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated CNC operator with in-depth knowledge of Mastercam to join our team! Do you have expertise in programming CNC machines for lathes or mills and a passion for precision and efficiency? Then you are the one we are looking for!

Responsibilities:

• Advanced programming of CNC machines (lathe and/or milling) using Mastercam.
• Creation and optimization of tool paths in Mastercam for high precision and efficient production.
• Manufacturing complex parts based on technical drawings and CAD models.
• Adjustment and simulation of programs in Mastercam to minimize errors and maximize quality.
• Quality control of processed components and ongoing maintenance of machines.
• Collaboration with designers and production teams to ensure the best results.

Qualifications:

• Documented experience in CNC programming in Mastercam (preferably newer versions).
• Good understanding of lathe and/or milling machining.
• Ability to create and optimize tool paths for various materials and geometries.
• Strong skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings and 3D models.
• Relevant education in CNC technology, mechanical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience with multi-axis machines (3-5 axes) and advanced machining.
• Knowledge of other CAM systems or CAD programs (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Experience with materials such as steel, aluminum, or titanium.
• Forklift and overhead crane certification.
